Dr. Steensma has created a new digital eye chart (Chart-MAX©for eye doctors to use in eye examinations.  It has been tested thoroughly in our office and is now being marketed to other eye doctors.  (The letters are backward because the patient sees it in a mirror in front of them.)

More than a great functional eye chart, it has an extensive patient education module in which the doctor can show photographs of the 150 most common eye conditions to the patient right in front of them on the eye chart.  You can see it at www.chart-max.com or in Dr. Steensma's office.
